It is a interesting book where there are Vampires in South Africa, Vampires suffering from an AIDS-like illness. Vampires with links to the colonization of South Africa and the Dutch East India Company The writers claim that it took five years to create the 2012 text. There was a sense that the narrative will continue, yet 10 years later there is still no sequel.
