His territory encompasses 13 countries, including the entire African continent south of the Sahara as well as the Indian Ocean islands of Madagascar and Mauritius.Suzanne Bellingis a veteran journalist, a Jewish communal professional, and a former editor of theSouth African Jewish Reportwhose writing has appeared in publications that include theChicago Jewish News, theLondon Jewish Chronicle, and theTimes of Israel.Commonwealth Chief Rabbi Lord (Jonathan) Sacksis the chief rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth.
