Help make City Library beautiful

The fire safety at City Library requires a very large water tank, and the only place to put it is outside the front of the library. There's a call for artists to design an exterior to make it beautiful -- if you're creative, please send in a proposal. Time is short!

The picture shows the area that's been cleared in front of the library for the water tank. A tree had to be cut down, so hopefully the new artwork will make us miss the tree less.
