Return Policy

Damaged, defective products, or incorrectly supplied products

You have 21 days from the date of dispatch to notify us of a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item. 

Our courier will collect the book and we will pay for the return shipping. We will send a new copy of the same book, free of charge.

If the book is no longer available, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.

Any book can be returned for any reason as long as it is in mint condition. You must notify us within 21 days of dispatch of the item that you intend to return it. We will refund the price of the product, but not the shipping costs.

For used books, the book must be returned in the same condition in which it was dispatched.

 

How to return an item

Step 1 - Put the packing slip/invoice with your product and include a brief note before sealing it in a new parcel.

Step 2 - Once we receive your returned item, we will refund your money as soon as we have verified that everything is in order. If you paid with your credit card, your card will be refunded. If you paid with an EFT, Instant EFT or Direct Deposit please note:

For any Direct Deposit/EFT/Instant EFT purchases, we require your banking details.

You may also opt for an exchange or store credit.

Cancellation of orders

You have the right to cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it.

Shipping note

Bridge Books will pay for shipping costs on returns resulting from our errors. Other returns or exchanges will incur shipping charges.
