Fill in this form once for each title you bring to Bridge Books. We use your answers to list the book on bridgebooks.co.za and to build its ONIX record, the standard file that bookshops, schools and libraries use to find and order books.

Before you start, have these to hand: your cover image (JPG or PNG), a short bio, the blurb, and a copy of the book so you can measure and weigh it.

Every title also needs an AI disclosure. It is a separate form, and we link to it when you finish here.

Format and size

Measure the book closed, in millimetres, and weigh one copy in grams. We use these for shipping and storage.

This is what readers and booksellers see. Write it the way you'd want it on the back cover.

Who is it for?

Up to five words or phrases someone might search for, separated by commas.

Publishing and price

The price you set is the price customers pay, including VAT.

If you only know the month, choose the 1st.

Where are you allowed to sell this book?

If you published it yourself, this is usually worldwide. If another publisher holds rights elsewhere, choose the area you control.

EasyBooks needs at least five. Consignment takes up to five.
