It is an educational book that is packed with history lessons. I as a South African, now have better understanding of the judicial system.

Moseneke’s memorial is personal and the social history of the Constitutional Court of South Africa. It is an insightful read for people who are interested in politics. The book has a few parts that gets technical, but the book stays interesting. The book starts with the background of Moseneke where Law was not his first choice. Everything important that happened in Moseneke’s life to where he ended up is in the book.
