Excellent read

‘These are not gentle people’ is a true story but has the pace and twists and turns of a crime novel. A courtroom battle full of deceit and sadness, which takes you into the lives of the accused and allows you to watch as they tear each other apart with scant regard for the lives they have foreshortened.
A compelling read, with an inevitability which can only provoke feelings of injustice and sadness .
Beautifully written and meticulously researched. Andrew Harding has done a remarkable job.
