Great TED Talks: Leadership An unofficial guide with words of wisdom from 100 TED speakers

A fun and well-illustrated summary of 100 Ted presentations that focus on the qualities of a successful leader. Finding talents in people and pre-mortems were two important lessons I learned from this book, but other than that, it was more of a light read. I doubt that anyone would read this with the intention of gaining any new insights, but rather to begin their own internal process of analyzing how they go about their daily lives and how there is always space for improvement.
