By (author): Andrew Newman. Illustrated by: Alexis Aronson. A picture book for young children (ages 3–8) by Andrew Newman, illustrated by Alexis Aronson, following a boy who searches for quiet in a noisy world and discovers meditation and gratitude practices along the way. It includes a "Snuggle Breathing" meditation for parents and children to do together and a "Gratitude Spiral" exercise, aiming to teach kids to find calm within themselves. Part of the Conscious Stories series, it's been praised by child psychologist Dr Shefali Tsabary as offering children "the inestimable gift of always knowing where to find peace: within their own selves."

The book had been badly handled by either a child or someone who had no idea how to turn the pages of a book. I had bought is as a gift and when I saw what it looked like inside, I had to return it., there was no issue when I took it back and was given a full refund.
