Bandiet, by Hugh Lewin

In July 1964 High Lewin was detained by the security police in Johannesburg and later tried, together with other members of the South African Resistance Movement, on charges of sabotage. Convicted in December 1964, he spent seven years in prison. Bandiet is his powerful account of those years.
