This nearly 500-page anthology brings together 95 pieces by 78 contributors from across Africa, combining essays, personal narratives, poetry, short fiction, photography and music to explore queer African experience. It covers themes including colonialism's impact on gender and sexuality, apartheid-era queer history, coming out, religion, ageing, mental health and anti-LGBTQIA legislation, with all proceeds going to organisations supporting the queer community.
