Tales From The Bo-kaap by George Brown (Used)

Tales from the Bo-Kaap is another addition to the new African Story Library series. These stories are centred around the Bo-Kaap and incorporate the typical flavours of South Africa's famous Malay community situated as it is on Cape Town's beautiful mountains. Pappa Ben tells the story of little Asad, a good Muslim child who was orphaned and lost on the mountain. He is adopted by Sheba, Queen of all Creatures. Asad learns the language of the wild and takes on the role of guardian, protector and leader of them all.
