The Snail and the Whale

A children's picture book about a small sea snail who hitches a ride on the tail of a kindly humpback whale for a journey around the world, past icebergs, volcanoes and exotic sea creatures. When the whale becomes stranded on a beach, the snail gets help from a group of schoolchildren to save it, before being carried safely home to tell the tale to the rest of her snail flock.
